Protection Liniment (Topical use only) - 2 oz
A liniment and protection spray for boundaries, grief and courage
Beyond-Organic & Local Ingredients: Rue (Ruta graveolens), Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris), Wormwood(Artemisia Absinthium), Rosemary(Salvia rosmarinus), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale), Yarrow (Achillea millifolium), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula latifolia), Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Chickweed (Stellaria media), Marshmallow (Althea officinalis), and Spruce resin(Picea)
A topical alcohol based liniment to rub on areas of the body that are feeling tight, swollen or aching. Spray onto that area and rub vigorously to encourage blood flow. This herbal liniment encourages circulation to reduce inflammation and help release pain. Spray around your body or in your home when you are feeling negative and lethargic energy.

Alysia Mazzella 100% Beeswax Chimes candles
Handmade prayer candles made by artist, candle maker and beekeeper Alysia Mazella. These candles were made specifically for this fall CSA nourishment box. The chimes are an offering candle. Chimes are lit to signify prayer, clarify intention or make a wish. As we are in a season of transformation, light these candles to support your prayer and clarity.
Comes as a pair attached by the wick. Cut wick to 1/4” inch before lighting. Approx. 4.5” length, 3/8” width. 2-hour burn time, per candle. Allow to self-extinguish for an optimal burn.
Handmade in upstate New York using 100% locally sourced beeswax and a cotton wick. The hand dipped candlemaking method requires that a central wick is repeatedly submerged into molten beeswax. The width of the candle increases as new layers of wax cure over the previous. Variations will occur. Always burn candles within sight.
Marshmallow Seeds
(Althea officinalis)
Plant seeds in the fall so that the seeds can cold stratify. If planting in the spring, start seeds in doors 6 weeks before the last frost date. Plant seeds on the surface (do not cover seeds) of the soil as these seeds need light in order to germinate.
